Delete your account
You can delete your Improve English account and all associated data at any time. Choose one of the options below. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — Delete from within the app
The fastest way to delete your account:
- Open the Improve English app.
- Tap the Settings tab (bottom navigation).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and data will be deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the address linked to your account. We will delete your account within 5 business days and send you a confirmation.
